RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Twen.Tee.One.Prints. Because all of our shirts are custom-made and produced to order, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
All products sold on our store are made-to-order and customized based on your selected size, design, color, and personalization details.
Due to the personalized nature of our products: We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Design approved by customer but later disliked
- Minor color differences due to screen variations
All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Printed/embroidered incorrectly due to our error
- Not the item you ordered
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To file a claim:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A free replacement
- Store credit
- A refund (if replacement is not possible)
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
3. Sizing Responsibility
Please carefully review our Size Guide before placing your order.
We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Because each shirt is made specifically for you, we cannot restock or resell returned custom items.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error was ours)
6. Return Shipping (If Approved)
If a return is approved due to our error:
- We will provide a prepaid return label.
- If a return is approved for other reasons:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your bank
